Published prices are estimates or current menu prices and may change based on hair length, volume, hair condition, desired result, materials, tax, gratuity, surcharge, or additional work. Final pricing should be confirmed before service begins.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about hair history, prior chemical services, scalp sensitivity, allergies, medications or conditions that may affect service, and for following aftercare instructions. Results and longevity vary by natural hair, lifestyle, maintenance, and at-home care.
We work carefully and professionally, but hair services are customized and results cannot be guaranteed to match photos, inspiration images, prior services, or another person’s result exactly.
We will ask for consent before using identifiable client photos or videos for marketing. Platform reviews, comments, tags, and public social media activity may be visible under the applicable platform’s rules.
You are welcome to share honest feedback. We do not offer rewards for positive reviews or require anyone to remove or change an honest review. Third-party platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Instagram control their own review, advertising, and content policies.
